Severity Levels

The severity of a problem is a description of how big of an impact it
is having on operations, security, or productivity.
If you need some piece of software installed, then you most likely
have a non-critical problem. If you cannot run a certain application,
then you normally would have a serious problem, whereas if the whole
system or network is down, then it is a critical problem.

Currently there are three severity levels that a problem can have:
      non-critical, serious, and critical.
Please choose the severity of your problem wisely so as not to overload
the OSC systems staff.
